Blanc de Pech Menel 2017 Difficile d'oublier, impression de délicatesse qu'il laisse ainsi qu'une singularité qui va de pair avec une grande complexité. Nez de fruits jaunes sur une note de foin frais.... Au final, ce blanc peu banal a la tactilité d'un pianiste virtuose posant la dernière note d'une sonate de Bach. Arômes de fruits à noix, d'amandes encore vertes, il offre une amertume subtile qui rend l'accord .. grandiose si on le marie par exemple avec des langoustines sur une crème de potimarron.
